A stamp card for sessions, without paper cards

The client joins from a code at reception, and your centre's card is added to their phone wallet. With every visit, reception stamps by scanning the card or by phone number, and the stamps show on the card. You choose the number and the reward: the 6th session free, or a Moroccan bath on you.

When the client is in the lounge waiting for the room, switch on «Your session is ready»: reception gives them a number with the stamp, and when the room is ready taps the number, and the alert appears quietly on the client's lock screen, without sound and without calling out names. The alert starts switched off until you turn it on.

In short

  • A stamp per visitA waiting time between stamps stops a second stamp on the same visit.
  • «Your session is ready»A quiet lock-screen notification without sound, off until you switch it on.
  • Services and pricesIn Karra Plus: massage, Moroccan bath and manicure with their prices.
  • For men and womenA card in your centre's name and colours, and an offer for each segment of your clients.

Step by step

How it works in a spa

  1. 1Design your card in the Studio: your centre's logo and colours, stamps shaped like a towel, massage stones or a lotus, and the reward.
  2. 2Put the printed join code at reception.
  3. 3The client scans the code, confirms their number, and the card is in their wallet.
  4. 4With every visit, reception stamps from the cashier screen, and gives a number with the stamp if the alert is on.
  5. 5When the room is ready, reception taps the number and the client sees «Your session is ready». When the stamps are complete, they give the reward.

Questions

Questions before you start

Does the client need to download an app?

No. The card goes into their phone wallet, Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, and joining happens in the browser.

How does «Your session is ready» work?

You switch it on in the dashboard. Reception gives the client a number with the stamp, and when the room is ready taps the number, and «Your session is ready» appears on the client's lock screen, without sound, so nobody has to call out names in the lounge.

Is there appointment booking?

No. Karra has no appointment booking, and it works alongside the way you take bookings today. Karra is for the card, the stamps, the alert and campaigns.

If a client has a massage and a manicure in one visit, how many stamps do they get?

One stamp per visit, based on the waiting time between stamps that you set. If you want to thank a client, you can give them a gift stamp.

How much does it cost?

Basic is 79 SAR a month for one branch and includes the card and the alert; Karra Plus is 109 SAR and adds the services and prices list and advanced analytics. Prices include VAT, with 14 days free and no contracts.

Can I try it before I subscribe?

Yes. Open the demo in one tap with no sign-up: it shows a café, and stamps and the alert work the same way in a spa. Your subscription starts with 14 days free.
