What Karra does for your bakery

Bakery customers come often and buy little: morning bread, a box of pastries, or a coffee with a croissant. A stamp card in their phone wallet makes every visit count, and you choose the reward: the 8th croissant, a box of maamoul or a small cake on you. How it works in a bakery

  1. 1Design your card in the Studio: the bakery's logo and colours, stamps shaped like a croissant or a box of sweets, and the reward.
  2. 2Put the printed join code next to the till or on the display case.
  3. 3The customer scans the code, confirms their number, and the card is in their wallet.
  4. 4With every order the cashier stamps, or taps «Stamp + pager» when the order needs preparing.
  5. 5When the stamps are complete, the cashier gives the reward and the card starts again.

Questions before you start

My customers come every day. Won't they fill their cards too fast?

You set the number of stamps and the waiting time between stamps, so two visits in the same morning count as one stamp. Choose a reward that suits a daily customer, such as the 8th croissant on you.

Can I use the pager in a bakery?

Yes. The cashier scans the customer's card and taps «Stamp + pager», and the number is issued automatically. When the order is ready the customer gets a notification on their lock screen, without sound, and the order page rings if they tapped «Alert me with sound» and kept it open.

Can customers order from their phone before they come?

Yes, with Karra Plus: you add your bakery's menu with sections and prices, and customers order and collect in store or at the car, now or later within the branch's hours. Payment is in cash on collection for now.

How much does it cost?

Basic is 79 SAR a month for one branch and includes the card and the pager; Karra Plus is 109 SAR and adds the menu and phone ordering. Prices include VAT, and you start with 14 days free and no contracts.

Do my customers need to download an app?

No. The card goes into their phone wallet, Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, and joining and the menu all work in the browser.
